Six phases

Your plan changes when your situation does.

Tell us where you are. Your calories, protein and training move with you.

01

Just starting

Appetite drops fast. We set your protein floor and strength work from week one.

02

On it

Eating less is easy now. Eating enough protein is the real job.

03

Tapering off

Hunger comes back in steps. Your food comes back in steps too.

04

Stopped

The medicine isn't doing the work anymore. Step-up maintenance raises calories slowly so you keep your footing.

05

Going back on

Restart without starting over. We pick up from your last good week.

06

Not using one

Same coaching, same tracking. Build the habits on your own terms.

Step-up maintenance

After you stop, food comes back slowly. On purpose.

Calories rise about 100 a week while your trend holds. If your trend moves, we hold for a week and look again.

No crash, no guessing. You find the amount of food your body can keep.

Protein

Protect the muscle you have.

When you eat less, your body can pull from muscle. Enough protein and regular strength work push back.

Your daily target moves with your phase. Highest when appetite is lowest. Steady once you've stopped.

Food diary

See which foods pull their weight.

When you can only eat a little, every bite counts. Sort anything you log by protein per 100 calories and the best picks rise to the top.

We also flag the nutrients that tend to slip on smaller portions, like fiber, fluids and B12, so you can fix them before they become a problem.

Stopped two weeks ago. I'm hungry all the time and scared it's all coming back.
That's normal, and it's why we step up slowly. Let's move breakfast protein to 40 g and add 100 calories this week. Check in Friday.

About

Coach Joe and Can't Stop Fitness.

Joe coaches regular adults at Can't Stop Fitness. People with jobs, kids, sore knees and not much time.

More and more of them came in on a GLP-1. They did well while they were on it. Then they stopped, and nobody had told them what to do next.

So Joe wrote the plan. Maintn puts it in your pocket, with him one message away.

Questions

No. Maintn is coaching and tracking. Your prescriber makes every dose and medication decision. We help with the food, protein, training and habits around that plan.
